Oh my goodness spinning class tonight… I thought I was somewhat in shape by now, having worked up to 2.5 miles a day/5 days a week this semester. 15 minutes in my legs lost feeling. At the end of the 45 minute long class I could barely stand.
I’m going back tomorrow XD
