This side is chosen to have all the imperfection, while that one (ideally) has none. It fascinates me. In this case I think this photo highlights the beauty of the ‘flawed’ side.

Skyscape (1912) by Nicholas Roerich. Did you know there’s an entire museum dedicated to his work on 107th and Broadway in New York? It’s one of New York’s best-kept-secrets. spur of the moment decision

but I’m going to the Avett Brothers concert on Sunday in Pittsburgh! I am so excited. I went the last time they were in Pittsburgh and now I’ll be there again (with the same people, which is even more wonderful). A great start to summer.

The man then hands her a business card. The young woman looks at the business card. Then lots, and lots, and lots of hugging. I get pretty emotional around those HONY fans.
